Mission Statement
The Mission of the League and the San Jose Sharks Football and Cheer is to prepare players for the high school football and Cheer experiences with a five fold purpose, 1.) to teach them and develop them physically and mentally for any team sports; 2.) to provide encouragement, support and accountability through lasting relationships; 3.) to provide an environment to develop their skills, talents, gifts and abilities; 4.) to provide them a Big Brother/Big Sister relationship with Adults who truly care about their well-being, as some children may not have this in their lives; and 5.) to provide parents with the opportunity to support their children in every endeavor they make in achieving successes and failures within their sports activities.
San Jose Sharks Football and Cheer was designed to help you understand the guidelines under which we operate. You are always welcome to visit, ask questions and make suggestions. There is always an opportunity for you to volunteer in any of the events we offer. We have hand picked the staff to provide you with some of the finest Board Members, Coaches and Team Moms to ensure that the service we provide is with excellence; cooperation between parents and staff will contribute to a successful experience for your child.
San Jose Sharks Football and Cheer values children and believes in families. We offer this Association to provide a learning environment that will help all children grow as we work together to help your child.
